We offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery without giving a reason.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Contact us before sending an item back. We will confirm eligibility, provide return instructions, and direct the shipment to the return address listed below. Unauthorized returns may be delayed.
We provide a prepaid return shipping label and pay the return shipping cost for both change-of-mind or other no-reason returns and returns involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or other quality-issue items.
Return Condition
Except for an item returned because of a quality issue, an item should be returned with its original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase and should not show avoidable use or damage.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The non-returnable categories are custom-made goods, clearance items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items. This exclusion does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect items where applicable law provides protection.
Exchanges
Approved exchanges are available during the same 30-day period. We may ship the replacement after the returned item is received or otherwise resolve the exchange with you.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear after it is issued; financial-institution posting times may vary.
Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before an order ships. After shipment, the order is handled under this Refund Policy.
